The available methods for payment are:
- Cash, on delivery;
- Online by debit/credit card through the portal offered by PayPal.com
How to Order
- Customer initiates the order on almalife.ro for one or more products;
- During the order registration process, the customer is transferred to the checkout page in order to input the transaction information (billing and delivery information);
- Customers who choose to pay online by debit/credit card (only Visa and Mastercard are accepted), will be transferred to PayPal.com payment page, where they will input their debit/credit card information;
- After inputting the required information, these will be verified at the Customer’s bank and the amount meant for the products’ value will be blocked on the debit/credit card and it will be withdrawn later;
- Payment will be operated under maximum security conditions. The order will be submitted through fraud prevention filters and in any case of confirmation we are going to be notified;
- The order and customer’s payment availability notifications are performed in real time (the availability of the required funds in the customer’s account and their blocking in order to allow the transaction);
- After the order’s delivery, the money will be debited from the customer’s account and transferred to our account;
In case of debit/credit card payment, the transaction will appear on the customer’s account statement as payment to AlmaLife.ro
Delivery is performed through the courier company Fan Courier.
The deadline for delivery from the time the order has been placed on the website is 2-3 days. The delivery cost is 15 RON for Bucharest and 20 RON for the rest of Romania.
SC ALMA LIFE SRL undertakes to deliver all orders and send the ordered products (within stock availability) within 24 hours from the date of receiving each order. The products are considered to have been delivered the moment they have been handed over to the courier.
Product return and replacement
The consumer has the right to notify in writing the seller that they wish to cancel the purchase. Within the first 30 days after receiving the products, return or replacement can be done without paying penalties or providing a reason. According to O.U.G 34/2014, the Customer retains the right to denounce a long distance contract, without penalties and without providing reasons for it. In this case, the expenses related to the return of the merchandise will fall into the Customer’s care.
The customer undertakes to notify SC ALMA LIFE SRL of their intention to return the purchased products, through any means of written communication (e-mail/fax/etc.) within maximum 30 days from the products’ reception.
The trader SC ALMA LIFE SRL undertakes to inform the customer regarding the procedure to be followed for return within 48 working hours from receiving the products.
The return procedure is as follows:
- The Customer informs SC ALMA LIFE SRL regarding the products which they wish to return, the pick-up address for the products and the bank account (in case the payment has not been carried out online);
- The reply regarding the request for return will be made within 48 working hours from the moment of being received by a Customer Care representative;
- The products will be returned only through the courier company used by the company Monday to Friday 09.00-18.00. The details regarding the exact date and time of the return’s collection, the courier having the obligation to contact the customer before making the pick-up.
The Customer who has notified SC ALMA LIFE SRL has the responsibility to ensure that the products to which they have referred to will be returned within a maximum of 30 days. If not, SC ALMA LIFE SRL will be entiteled to disconsider the Customer’s request for a return.
ALMA LIFE SRL’s customer will not be able to return purchased products and/or ask for other damages, in the following situations:
In case they wish to replace the purchased product with another product having different characteristics or from another type.
In case the request for return in any of the aforementioned situations has a shipment date which exceeds the 30-day period, calculated starting the following working day of the completed contract.
In case a product is returned based on the above reasons and the product is not in the same state as it was on delivery (original box with intact labels and accompanying documentation).
The products which form a kit have to be returned as a kit. The boxes and protective packaging/wrapping are considered to be part of the product.
Methods of return
The products must be returned in their original packaging. The product must not present signs that it has been used.
Repayment of returned products
Regarding the repayment of returned products, this will be performed within 14 days after the product return has been confirmed. Repayment will be made only to the bank accounts indicated by the Customer. There will be no repayment performed cash or though couriers. The Customer must furnish the bank account and the ID card number in order to receive the repayment.
For the orders paid for by credit/debit card, the repayment will be made on the same card used when the transaction was first performed within 14 days after the return has been accepted.
